There is no platform fee, no seat fee and no minimum balance. Growth is paid for by usage above its allowances — extra active cards, extra attribution events — and by the fee and FX spread on international payouts. A team that stays inside the allowances and only pays domestically pays nothing.

A card is active in a month if it authorised at least one transaction in that month. Cards that exist but do not spend — paused, revoked or waiting for an agent to be deployed — are free, so you can issue one per agent without counting.

One line of vendor usage that Nebula attributes to an agent, model, environment or customer: an inference call batch, a GPU-hour, a usage row from a cloud bill. Card authorisations are not events and are never billed.

At the mid-market rate plus the spread for your plan, shown on the quote before you confirm. The quote is locked for 30 seconds in the dashboard and for the lifetime of the quote ID over the API. There are no hidden intermediary fees on our local rails.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the platform fee is prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, so allowances you already paid for are never taken away mid-month.

Deposits are held at FDIC-insured partner banks. On Scale and Enterprise, idle balances can sweep into a money-market fund in your name; the fund’s yield is passed through to you, less a disclosed 0.15% annual management fee.
